James McKay Armstrong
President of Henry H. Armstrong Associates, Inc. Mr. Armstrong joined the firm in 1991 after serving on its Board of Directors since 1988. He was formerly an associate of a venture capital investment affiliate of the Harvard University Endowment, and prior to this, was a management consultant with Bain & Company. He received an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management in 1986, after attending Yale College.
Peter D. Eberhart, JD, CFP®
Mr. Eberhart joined our firm in 2009 and now serves as Managing Director. He was previously with BNY Mellon Wealth Management where he was a Senior Director and First Vice President, providing sophisticated wealth planning solutions to ultra-high net worth families. Mr. Eberhart’s wealth planning background also includes several years as an attorney with K&L Gates, where he advised families and business owners in the areas of wealth transfer and philanthropy. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 and a JD and MBA from Emory University in 1998. He earned the Certified Financial Planner certification in 2005. Prior to graduate school, Mr. Eberhart served as an officer in the US Navy.
Donna Hodnik Wolf
Ms. Wolf serves as Administrative Coordinator. Prior to joining our firm in 1996, Ms. Hodnik spent 16 years at Mellon Bank, where she was Senior Cash Manager for Mellon Private Capital Management: Family Office, Endowments and Foundations.
Adam P. Scholl, CFA
As Senior Vice President, Mr. Scholl has more than 25 years of experience in the investment management business and has been with the firm since 2001. He most recently worked as Senior Vice President and Director in PNC Financial’s Investment Advisory and Trust Division. There he managed more than $800 million in discretionary assets for some of PNC’s most important family and individual relationships while supervising a group of eight other investment professionals who managed approximately $3 billion. Prior to PNC, Mr. Scholl worked for six years as Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Mellon Private Capital and Mellon Private Asset Management. Mr. Scholl is a Chartered Financial Analyst, having earned the credential in 1991. He is a 1986 graduate from the University of Vermont.
Noreen K. Wnorowski
Ms. Wnorowski serves as Vice President and has more than 25 years of experience in the investment management business. She began her career in New York at Oppenheimer & Company, before becoming a Portfolio Manager at Leonard Financial in Boulder, Colorado. She originally joined the firm in 1993 and, after a brief hiatus, rejoined the firm in 1999. Ms. Wnorowski received her Bachelor’s Degree from Siena College in 1983, and her MBA from Pace University in 1988.
